Vision Enterprise

This is a tool you simply cannot be without. Plainly put, Vision is the best suite of reporting tools ever built. Vision Excel gives you the ability to pull down any SunSystems data straight into a spreadsheet and is incredibly powerful. You can also send reference and transaction data straight from a spreadsheet into SunSystems meaning that, in many cases, your spreadsheets become your main source of data entry into Sun.

Add powerful macro abilities into the deal and you have the most time saving and convenient method for reporting and data entry imaginable.

SunSystems Collect

Collect give you the power to stay on top of the payments owed to you by customers. It give you instant DSO calculations as well as useful statistics and flexible reporting. You can automate the production of dunning letters, emails, statements and reports and add entries straight into the diaries of collectors so that all they have to do is work through their lists and contact their customers.

Collect integrates seamlessly into the SunSystems ledger so all the data you see in Collect is always completely up-to-date. You can also use Vision (see above) to extract Collection data for KPIs and bonus payments for collection staff.

No company with a retail operation can afford to be without this application.

iPOS

iPOS is a procurement and purchasing system that runs over the internet and hooks directly into SunSystems. It allows staff across the company to requisition goods and services with multiple approval levels based on value, quantity, item or department. Once the requisition has been authorised it can be turned into a purchase order and can even interface with the supplier's own systems through an XML interface.

When the goods are received they can be checked through a goods receipt stage before finally processing the invoice and passing the payment details to SunSystems.

For companies with a user-lead requisitioning policy this is a fantastic system and can really cut down on the amount of effort required to control and process purchases.

SunExtras

This is a new suite of amazing automation products that will pay for themselves in a few months. We are awaiting the latest release from the developer but sufficed to say we have been very impressed with what we have seen so far and apparently the best is yet to come.
